Are you a Technician, Lube Technician, Service Advisor, Service Writer, or dealership professional looking to use your automotive experience in a different way? I'm hiring for a Warranty Prior Approval Analyst supporting an automotive warranty team. Pay: $25/hour This is a great opportunity for someone who understands what happens in the service department and can look at a repair concern, understand the recommended repair, ask the right questions, and determine what information is needed for warranty approval. What you'll do: Review warranty prior approval requests for vehicle repairs Work directly with dealership technicians, service advisors, and service managers Research repair information and troubleshoot warranty questions Review repair documentation and determine whether requests meet warranty guidelines Document cases and decisions in computer systems Help dealership personnel resolve warranty-related issues Who I'm looking for: Automotive Technicians Lube Technicians Service Advisors / Service Writers Warranty Administrators Dealership service department professionals Someone who can understand a repair concern and make decisions based on established guidelines Candidates with hands-on automotive repair or diagnostic experience is a plus Strong communication and computer skills This is an opportunity to take your hands-on automotive experience off the shop floor and into a technical warranty support role.
