About the role:

Lakewood, CO

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support internal business operations, reconciling backlog work orders and ensuring that they complete all required actions. You will review assigned work order lists, processing tasks, tracking progress, and collaborating with team members to support operational goals.

This is a hybrid position based in Lakewood, CO, with the ability to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Reconcile, and process backlog work orders.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed and within established timelines.
  • Track project and work order status using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
  • Communicate with coordinators and team members regarding work order activities.
  • Partner with our teams including HR, Compensation, and Hiring Managers.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Identify and escalate issues or concerns.
  • Manage workload independently while collaborating with team members.


Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.).
  • 1+ years of experience with work order management or administrative coordination activities.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • High school diploma/GED
