Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers | Full-Time | Multi-Site Clinical Operations

Rotates between clinic sites 2-3 days per week; mileage reimbursement provided

Are you a healthcare operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both patients and teams? Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Clinic Supervisor to provide operational leadership and hands-on support across our Northern Virginia clinics. In this role, you'll partner with Behavioral Health Technicians, providers, and clinic staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience while driving operational excellence, team development, compliance, and clinical consistency across multiple locations.

Location: Northern Virginia (Reston, Ashburn, Alexandria, Fairfax & Tysons)
Travel: Regular local travel between clinic locations required.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and support daily operations across multiple Northern Virginia clinics.
  • Provide guidance and hands-on support to Behavioral Health Technicians and providers, including patient treatment support as needed.
  • Train, coach, and mentor new and existing team members.
  • Coordinate provider schedules and staffing resources to ensure continuity of care.
  • Support TMS and Spravato workflows, training, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Monitor clinic performance, documentation, and operational standards.
  • Partner with regional leadership to improve workflows and drive operational consistency.
  • Help resolve patient and staff concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience training, coaching, and supporting staff development.
  • Ability to travel regularly between our Northern Virginia clinic locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
  • Experience with TMS and/or Spravato treatment operations.
  • Multi-site healthcare operations experience.

Benefits Statement:Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company's employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change.
