Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous machine operation experience required
• Experience operating CNC equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders preferred
• Mechanical assembly or welding experience preferred
• Experience using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Perform quality checks and measurements as required
• Complete miscellaneous warehouse and production tasks as assigned
• Lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds throughout the shift
• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
