Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Looking for Calibration Technician jobs in Eden Prairie where your technical skills keep equipment operating at its best? This opportunity allows you to troubleshoot problems, perform repairs, and help maintain the systems that keep production moving safely and efficiently.

Perform calibrations, maintain measurement accuracy and traceability, troubleshoot equipment issues, manage calibration records, and support continuous improvement efforts as part of a skilled metrology team.

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.



Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 1 year of experience calibrating measurement and test equipment (M&TE)
  • Understanding of quality management systems and calibration requirements
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, measurement traceability, and uncertainty principles preferred
  • Experience with Fluke MET/TEAM database and SAP is a plus
  • Strong math, physics, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications


Job Duties


  • Perform calibrations on measurement and test equipment using approved procedures
  • Ensure calibration compliance, accuracy, traceability, and documentation requirements are met
  • Create and execute calibration procedures using principles of measurement science, mathematics, physics, and electronics
  • Evaluate measurement standards and determine suitability for calibration activities
  • Calculate and account for measurement uncertainty
  • Troubleshoot calibration issues and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Maintain calibration records and process documentation within the MET/TEAM database
  • Adapt equipment, standards, and procedures for specialized measurement applications
  • Provide technical support and recommendations regarding calibration activities
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects
  • Communicate progress, issues, and procedural changes with management
  • Support and maintain 5S and lean manufacturing practices



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.
  • Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.
