Position Summary

The Dept. of Radiology seeks to hire several medical students to work directly with our Radiology Residents. Students will be primarily responsible for coordinating Imaging protocols between the referring clinical services and the Radiology technologists. The Radiology resident on call will always be available during work hours to answer questions or to deal with complicated issues.

This is an excellent opportunity for a medical student to learn about Radiology and decide if a Radiology Residency is of interest.

This position will involve working one to two shifts per week between the hours of 5-11 p.m. Shifts will be conducted every day of the week. Position pays $18/hour. Please submit your application through UNMjobs 2.0.


Minimum Qualifications

Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.



Preferred Qualifications

Must be 2nd or 3rd year medical student.
