Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Program Manager (Program Director) within the Civil Space Operating Unit. This leadership role is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of one or more complex programs supporting civil space missions. Serving as the primary interface with customers, partners, and Peraton leadership, the Program Manager ensures contractual, technical, and business objectives are achieved. The Program Manager will lead multidisciplinary teams supporting complex space mission capabilities and infrastructure, with responsibility for program performance, customer relationships, workforce execution, risk management, and strategic growth. Experience leading programs involving space communications, mission operations, engineering, and other NASA or NOAA programs is highly desirable. Must be local to Los Angeles, Virginia, or Maryland regions What You'll Do:

Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
