Now Hiring: Quality Technician Location: Valencia, CA Pay Rate: $30.00/hour Schedule: Hybrid with onsite work as needed Ready to put your technical skills to work in a hands-on quality role? We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to support product investigations, laboratory activities, and quality assurance processes in a regulated manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in quality, manufacturing, laboratory operations, or technical troubleshooting. Education Requirements Associate degree in a technical or scientific field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, Medical Devices, or a related field Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a regulated environment Experience with laboratory testing, failure analysis, or technical investigations preferred Experience troubleshooting electromechanical products preferred Job Duties Perform testing, inspections, and investigations on returned products Document findings and investigation results within quality systems Maintain product traceability and proper handling procedures Support laboratory operations and equipment maintenance Assist with calibration records and quality documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Regulatory departments Participate in quality improvement and process enhancement initiatives Support product decontamination and returned product processing activities Maintain compliance with safety, training, and quality system requirements Physical Capabilities Ability to work in a laboratory and office environment Ability to handle and process returned products and materials Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills can make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
