Working TitleMattox/Annex Lab Technician Pay17.00 Hourly CampusMain - Albuquerque, NM DepartmentArt Art History Gen Admin (595B) Employment TypeStudent Employment Student TypeWork-Study StatusNon-Exempt Background Check Required For Best Consideration Date8/7/2026 Position Summary The Mattox / Annex studio tech responsibilities are as follows; *While working ensuring safe practices are being followed by all users *Perform shop maintenance tasks such as emptying sawdust bins, cleaning sinks, vacuuming shops, sweeping, refilling paper towel dispensers and other tasks as needed, painting, assisting with studio turn overs. * Assisting Lab manager with equipment maintenance. * Other shop related tasks as assigned by lab manager Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
