Education Requirements



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical degree, vocational training, or certification in CNC Machining, Manufacturing Technology, Precision Machining, or a related field preferred.
  • Training in CNC programming, CAM software, blueprint reading, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) is highly desirable.

  • Ability to safely operate machining equipment and precision inspection tools.
  • Manual dexterity required for machine setup, measurements, and adjustments.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials, tooling, fixtures, and components as needed.
  • Ability to maintain focus on detailed work in a fast-paced production environment.


Job Duties



  • Set up, program, qualify, and operate manual and CNC milling centers and engine lathes.
  • Create and modify CNC programs using CAM software and G-code programming.
  • Manufacture precision parts from raw materials according to blueprint specifications and quality standards.
  • Design, modify, and maintain production fixtures, tooling, and setup hardware.
  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision gauges, surface plates, and measuring equipment.
  • Train production operators on machining processes, equipment operation, and inspection procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to implement best practices and process improvements.
  • Support cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality, safety, and on-time delivery performance.
