Design, modify, and maintain production fixtures, tooling, and setup hardware. Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision gauges, surface plates, and measuring equipment. Train production operators on machining processes, equipment operation, and inspection procedures. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to implement best practices and process improvements. Support cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining quality, safety, and on-time delivery performance.
