You will be instrumental in building the foundation for proactive issue identification, helping to get ahead of potential challenges before they affect customers. This role is not just about analysis; it's about leading the end-to-end engagement, onboarding, and insights experience for partners, ensuring reliable data flows and empowering data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

As an Engagement and Insights Analyst, you will be at the intersection of data, operations, and stakeholder management. Your work will be groundbreaking, as you help establish a first-of-its-kind data integration strategy, ensuring critical information is available internally for various organizational functions. You will contribute to key projects by:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key digital and operational stakeholder groups.
  • Leading the onboarding of new teams, partners, and critical systems onto data and reporting solutions.

  • Owning the overall file-upload process, including scheduling, documentation, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Driving the path from concept to production for file-upload and reporting capabilities in partnership with engineering teams.

This role offers significant opportunities for leadership in cross-functional initiatives, innovation in data integration, and collaboration with diverse teams to drive adoption of new tools and workflows.

A Day in the Life

Your typical day will involve participating in formal or informal stand-up meetings to align on daily priorities. You will actively work with a list of partners, ensuring their successful onboarding onto the data platform and addressing any issues or concerns they may have. While technical aspects are often established, your focus will be on confirming and validating partner engagement, ensuring all processes run correctly, and making vital data available internally for the organization's use.
