- 0 - 6 years of experience as an attending physician (assistant professor)
* MD or DO from an accredited institution * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology with Special Qualification in Child Neurology (ABPN) * Completion of ACGME-accredited fellowship in Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Epilepsy or Clinical Neurophysiology (ABPN) * Eligibility for Colorado medical licensure * Eligibility for DEA certification Associate Professor
- 7 or more years of experience as an attending physician and academic qualifications to fulfill requirements of associate professor rank
