Description TEKsystems is looking for a strategic Data & Analytics leader responsible for driving business value through Data, Analytics, AI, and GenAI for one of our customers. Key Requirements: 10+ years in Data & Analytics leadership Strong Data Engineering, Architecture, Governance, and Analytics Experience establishing Data Product operating models and Data Mesh principles Expertise with Databricks, AWS, Snowflake/modern cloud data platforms Experience leading AI/GenAI strategy and implementation Executive stakeholder management across Commercial, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred Ideal Profile: A business-facing data leader who combines product management, data strategy, AI/GenAI expertise, and technical depth to drive enterprise-wide data transformation and value realization. Not a pure engineering leader, but someone who can bridge business strategy, data products, governance, analytics, and architecture at the executive level.
