Now Hiring: Warehouse Material Picker Location: Arden Hills, MN Pay Rate: Up to $20.50 per hour (1st Shift) Up to $22.50 per hour (2nd Shift) Schedules Available: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Looking for a warehouse role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work with inventory systems? We are seeking a Warehouse Material Picker to support inventory control, material movement, cycle counting, and logistics operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Associate degree preferred or equivalent related work experience Experience Requirements 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Strong data entry, reporting, and analytical skills Forklift experience is a plus Job Duties Pull and stage materials for production Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Troubleshoot SAP transaction issues Monitor inventory accuracy and support warehouse improvements Maintain vendor kanban systems and track incoming shipments Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, quality, and production teams Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly logistics reports Assist with expired material disposition and inventory analysis Train new employees on inventory processes and cycle counting procedures Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives Cross-train and provide backup support for logistics operations Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed Frequent bending, reaching, and material handling Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Apply Now If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with inventory systems, and thrive in a team-focused warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.
