General Summary Duke Health is establishing a Digital Enablement Team to provide a durable throughline from rapid innovation to value measurement, readiness assessment, scale decision, and transition to long-term ownership. The Project Manager is central to this team, owning the delivery and transition engine that moves digital and AI-enabled capabilities from pilot to scaled, sustainable operation. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education & Training Work requires analytical, communications, and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program. If no bachelor's degree, four years of equivalent experience required. PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or equivalent certification preferred. Experience Four years of related program / project management experience, preferably in healthcare IT or digital delivery, including experience working in Agile / sprint-based teams.
