The Role

The Analyst joins a team of treasury professionals who work together to manage the Company's $40 billion in cash flows on an annual basis. The Cash Management Analyst reports to the Sr. Manager of Cash Management and provides banking and cash management support to the Cash Management Unit within the Treasury department. The team works together to complete the daily cash position, review and reconcile daily bank reporting, complete wire and ACH transactions and process daily liquidity investments as part of managing the Organization's short-term Core Liquidity investment portfolio. The Cash Management Analyst also provides complex analysis on the cash position, is responsible for maintaining the daily cash flow reporting and will complete the monthly accounting journal entries for the Subsidiaries and Affiliated Entities. The Analyst will assist in reviewing, and implement, if approved, new banking products to enhance business processes within the department.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish daily cash position to determine Company's cash needs and complete the daily wire transfers.
  • Reconcile daily bank reporting and prepare daily cash flow reporting to determine actual to forecasted cash flow variance: reporting is presented to Sr. Treasury Leadership on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Responsible for daily liquidity which includes assisting with the oversight of Organization's short-term Core Liquidity investment portfolio and bank credit facilities.
  • Complete daily processing of all ACH files for operating expense payments and ACH return and swap processing for provider claim payments.
  • Complete monthly journal entries for multiple entities.
  • Participate in Model Audit Rule (MAR) testing and internal audit documentation requests.
  • Provide support for department or companywide initiatives.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; provide a high level of service to both external and internal customers, proven collaborator and productive team member in small department setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Deep organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and/or competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive "can-do" attitude and demonstrated leadership in identifying and resolving issues.
  • Eagerness to learn, solid work ethic, and motivated to succeed.
  • Seeks to recommend and implement process improvement.

Education/Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience in cash management or banking, preferably in a corporate treasury environment for a large company.
  • Finance or Accounting experience desired.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum Education Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent required unless otherwise noted above

LocationBoston Time TypeFull time Salary Range: $74,880.00 - $91,520.00

The job posting range is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.

This job is also eligible for variable pay.
