This contract role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic marketing team and directly impact its client engagement strategy. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless communication planning and execution for a vast portfolio of clients, playing a critical part in strengthening client relationships and supporting the company's mission to empower individuals on their health journey. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess will be essential in driving the success of annual communication cycles and supporting new client integrations during peak periods.

  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours


What You'll Do

As a vital member of the Enrollment Marketing team, you will be responsible for high-volume, detail-intensive production work across multiple marketing systems. Your contributions will directly support the annual communications planning season, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of critical client information.



  • Create client-specific communications plans and schedules for designated client partnerships using internal tooling.
  • Generate deployment schedules and link plans to the correct deployment records within a client relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Validate digital content links and update deployment statuses upon completion.
  • Curate, create, rename, and upload partnership-specific marketing assets to the correct client resource centers within a digital asset management platform.
  • Execute a comprehensive refresh of all client resource centers across contracting partnerships, targeting a late September delivery.
  • Maintain asset accuracy and organization across the digital library as materials are updated throughout the season.
  • Track and manage the review and approval process across multiple client partnerships.
  • Coordinate with partnership owners to share plans and record approvals in a timely manner.
  • Flag outstanding approvals and escalate blockers to senior marketing team members.
  • Triage and process ad-hoc client change requests submitted via an internal form.
  • Execute updates in the CRM system, including date changes, new client information, and logo updates.
  • Maintain accuracy and an audit trail across all client record changes.
  • Support new client onboarding by generating logos, applying disclaimers, and triggering communications plan creation workflows.
  • Assist with large-scale onboarding tasks as directed, including support for a significant volume of client accounts if needed.

Must-Have Qualifications



  • High attention to detail with a track record of accuracy across high-volume production work.
  • Experience with a CRM system (e.g., a leading CRM platform) - required.
  • Familiarity with asset management or digital asset tools (e.g., digital asset management platforms, content management systems, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills; comfort managing multiple concurrent, structured workflows.
  • Ability to work independently given clear guidelines and escalate appropriately.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Background in marketing operations, client services, or project coordination preferred.
  • Experience in event planning or logistics would be a good fit.
  • A passion for working with details and checklists.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
