We are seeking a highly organized and proactive administrative professional to join a vibrant team, providing essential support that directly enables the success of two key leaders and their large team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of operational efficiency, directly impacting the productivity and strategic focus of leadership. Key Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive calendar management, meticulously handling scheduling, resolving conflicts, and aligning commitments with leaders' priorities.
  • Facilitate potential travel arrangements and process expense reports for leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with administrative and business management peers to establish priorities and ensure thorough preparation for all engagements.
  • Partner with various teams across the organization to maintain a smooth and efficient operational model.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support large-scale events, including all-hands meetings, morale-building activities, and other group gatherings.
  • Manage space allocations and facilitate team moves to optimize working environments.
  • Oversee the ownership and management of distribution and security groups.
  • Generate various reports, such as headcount reports, as needed to support team operations.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Handle purchasing of equipment, services, and supplies, and process invoices.
  • Act as a primary resource for policy questions and assist in troubleshooting issues.


What You'll Bring



  • 2-4 years of overall experience providing administrative support, with a significant portion dedicated to supporting senior leaders.
  • Proven expertise in calendar management and scheduling using various scheduling platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and customer service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A high degree of organizational skills and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach, demonstrating good judgment and consistent, timely follow-through.
  • No degree is required for this role.
