  • Assemble all products in identified value stream
  • Support operations in the assembly department
  • Pull jobs and put parts away as needed
  • Support and participate in all LEAN activities and actively problem solve issues
  • Follow all OSHA compliance regulations
  • Perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Be an effective team member and perform other duties as required by supervision and as responsibilities necessitate

Your main responsibilities
Perform all duties of an Assembler.

Job Overview:

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy
  • Proven ability to use various computer programs to access needed documents
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
  • Strict adherence to 5S+Safety
  • Follow all OSHA compliance regulations
  • Be an active member of High Performance Team(s)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • High level of mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read and understand assembly drawings
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and be a participative team player
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Must have basic math skills (i.e. metric conversion)
  • Ability to utilize measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, micrometers, tape measure)
  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 25lbs., and occasionally lift over 40lbs. with team assistance.

We are looking for a talent with

  • Must be able to stand on feet for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to withstand repetitive movements such as bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, ladders, and squatting.
  • Daily attendance is required.
