Role: |
To assist SBA Loan Director and other SBA Lenders with medium to large portfolios that have moderate to complex degree of difficulty in their daily duties including; to make or assist with customer calls, to help prepare memos and provide service related to existing and proposed loan requests, to obtain and/or prepare loan documents, work with outside service providers to arrange loan closings, providing high level customer service support, and performing special projects as directed by management. |

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: |

Assists SBA Loan Director and SBA lenders with SBA transactions including; preparing package for ABRIGO submission and underwriting on new loans and renewals, research and prepares required CAM components per requirements for SBA 7(a) Small Loans and SBA 7(a) Large Loans, gathering and tracking necessary documentation related to underwriting package and closing preparation. Meets with applicant during initial loan request discussions to assist in determining proper documentation requirements. |

Assists and works with SBA lenders at loan closings, including working with title companies, closing attorneys and insurance agents; assists with the closing of less complex SBA loans as may be necessary at the request of SBA lenders. |

Experience |
Five years to eight years of similar or related experience. |
