Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Training Lead for the Press Department in the Villa Rica 1 facility.
The successful candidate will have computer skills, the ability to work independently, a focus on customer satisfaction, high detail orientation, good decision-making skills, be flexible, be self-motivated/directed, and be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form. This position will be a 40-hour days flex day schedule. There may be a need to work nights as well depending on the training needs. Pay: $27.21 - $40.81 depending on experience Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities: * Provides direct leadership to the Press department and indirect leadership to the plant * Facilitate training activities for Press Department * Facilitate new hire orientation and assist in the onboarding process for new hires * Work with Press associates to develop BDP's for safety, quality, and waste * Support the plant's food safety and HIRARC teams' initiatives * Manage associate administrative processes (reviews, training, Workday, etc.) * Conducts Shift Meetings * Manage Production Reporting * Fill in as needed in Press department * Manage the duties of an operator, including but not limited to:
