APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Process and apply customer payments received through ACH, wire transfers, checks, credit cards, lockbox, and other payment methods. Research and resolve payment discrepancies, including unapplied cash, short payments, overpayments, and deductions. Communicate with customers and internal teams to obtain payment details and ensure accounts remain accurate and up to date. Assist with month-end activities, including account reconciliations, reporting, and maintaining accurate documentation. Support accounts receivable operations by monitoring payment trends, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar accounting software. What Sets You Apart: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. 1+ years of accounts receivable, cash application, or accounting experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Competencies. Cash application and payment processing.
