We're looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to lead our compliance program for lending and deposit operations. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to leadership, collaborate across departments, and help ensure our bank continues to operate with integrity, accountability, and confidence.

What You'll Do

As our Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in protecting the bank while supporting innovation and growth. You'll:

  • Lead and oversee compliance with federal and state lending and deposit regulations.
  • Manage and continuously improve our Compliance Management System (CMS).
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and guide the organization through implementation.
  • Review and update deposit disclosures, agreements, notices, and consumer communications.
  • Develop and oversee ongoing compliance monitoring and testing programs.
  • Manage HMDA data collection, validation, and regulatory submissions.
  • Prepare CRA reporting and provide updates to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Oversee consumer complaint management and reporting.
  • Partner with business leaders on compliance projects and new initiatives.
  • Coordinate regulatory examinations and audits, including examiner requests and corrective action plans.
  • Foster a culture where compliance is everyone's responsibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members while supporting their ongoing compliance education.
  • Complete required compliance training and assist with enterprise-wide training efforts.
  • Perform other duties that contribute to the success of the organization.
What You Bring Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience
  • 8+ years of banking compliance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of both lending and deposit regulations.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
  • Military education or experience that aligns with the role will also be considered.
Preferred Certifications
  • Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM)
  • Certified Compliance Manager (CCM)
