Site Supervisor
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provides shift or workgroup oversight, with or without performing day-to-day tasks
* Acts as the primary contact for team members and supports coordination with supervisors
* Communicates daily priorities, monitors workflow, and ensures adherence to site procedures
* Supports onboarding, safety training, and job performance feedback for team members
* Collaborates with supervisors to identify operational or personnel needs
* Ensures compliance with all company, client, and regulatory requirements
* Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
General Requirements (applies to all Lead roles):
* Speak, write, read fluent English. Hear and have good vision
* Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
* Work outside in environmental conditions which at times include extreme heat or extreme cold
* Work may involve protected and monitored exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, or other environmental conditions typical of an industrial facility
* Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE
In addition to these, each Senior Lead role may have additional Job-Specific Functional Capacity Requirements based on their assigned function (e.g., Marine, Switching, Warehouse, etc.).
Job-Specific Functional Capacity Requirements:
Tank Barge - PIC
* Lift 60 to 80 pounds to waist and carry up to 300 feet
* Grip/hold/pull 80 pounds
* Walk one to four miles per job
* Climb stairs and ladders
* Step as much as two feet horizontal and vertical
* Extend arms through normal range of motion while standing and squatting
Switching
* Lift 50 pounds floor to waist
* Push and pull 50 pounds horizontally
* Carry 20 pounds while walking
* Walk 3-10 miles per day; stand 4-8 hours per day
* Climb stairs and ladders
* Support oneself on a ladder with two feet and one arm extended for up to one minute on each arm
* Extend arms through normal range of motion, in both a horizontal and vertical plane, while standing and squatting
Marine Dock
* Lift 60 to 80 pounds to waist and carry up to 300 feet
* Grip/hold/pull 80 pounds
* Walk one to four miles per job
* Climb stairs and ladders
* Step as much as two feet horizontal and vertical
* Extend arms through normal range of motion while standing and squatting
* Be comfortable around water and heights
Loading
* Lift 50 pounds floor to waist; push and pull 50 pounds horizontally
* Carry 20 pounds while walking
* Climb stairs and ladders
* Extend arms through normal range of motion while standing and squatting
All Others
* Lift 60 pounds floor to waist
* Push and pull 30 pounds horizontally
* Carry 20 pounds while walking
* Climb stairs and ladders
* Stand 8-12 hours per day
* Extend arms through normal range of motion while standing and squatting
