What to Expect The Commissioning Project Coordinator is a cross functional role that heavily supports the Tesla Commissioning and Quality Assurance team across several key operational areas. The Commissioning Project Coordinator will serve as a critical point of contact between field operations, procurement, and project manpower needs - ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency throughout the commissioning lifecycle. What You'll Do Procurement Coordination- Manage and facilitate procurement activities, including vendor communication, purchase order tracking, and materials sourcing in alignment with project timelines and budgetary constraints Budget Management - Monitor, track, and report on project expenditures, ensuring adherence to approved budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities and flagging variances in a timely manner Workforce Planning & Forecasting - Support the team in the development and maintenance of workforce planning models, assisting with data gathering and analysis to help forecast labor demand and track staffing levels in alignment with project milestones and operational needs Data Collection, Analysis & Auditing - Collect, validate, and analyze field labor hour data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
