UNIVERSITY of MISSOURI-KANSAS CITY School of Education, Social Work, and Psychological Sciences (SESWPS) Educational Leadership, Policy and Foundations (ELPF) The mission of the UERC at the is to create reliable, usable knowledge about education in urban areas with the goal of promoting excellent schooling and improving the lives, opportunities, and communities of urban residents in the Greater Kansas City community and the nation. The center accomplishes this mission through collaborative, data-rich strategies including technical assistance and consultation and rigorous research and evaluation using a range of methodological tools. Job Description
The Urban Education Research Center (UERC) seeks a research assistant to provide research support across a variety of educational research and evaluation projects. At the direction of the UERC leadership team, the research assistant will assist with research planning, data collection and preparation, quantitative analysis, and reporting. This is an in-person position. Responsibilities:

Anticipated Hiring Range
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $25.00 -$30.00/hourly. Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements.
