What You'll Do:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and data mapping for application enhancements and enterprise initiatives.
- Lead functional activities for medium to large-scale projects, including project planning, estimation, stakeholder collaboration, and team coordination.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver solutions that meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Provide guidance to junior team members, resolve implementation issues, and support continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Bring:
- High School or Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational/business analytics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity lifecycle concepts
- Minimum 5 years of experience in System interfaces and data flows
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sailpoint IIQ, Active Directory, Entra ID, Databases and data models

- Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
- Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
- Ability to understand business supported and its terminology.
- Ability to effectively present to all levels of management.
- Ability to multitask for various components of moderately complex to complex projects.
- Ability to coordinate between applications and business units.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
- Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates.
- Ability to recommend and implement solutions.
- Proactive.
- Detail-oriented.
- Growing understanding of Bank acquisition methodology or relevant conversion experience.
