Moon Companies is growing, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Route Drivers.
In this essential role, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining portable restrooms, handwash stations, hand sanitizer stations, and related equipment along an assigned route. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Deliver and pick up portable toilets, handwash stations, and related equipment at customer locations, construction sites, and events.
- Service units by pumping, cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and restocking supplies.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on portable sanitation equipment.
- Complete route documentation and communicate with dispatch regarding route updates and customer needs.
- Follow all company safety procedures, DOT regulations, and transportation laws.
- Assist with additional deliveries or operational needs as business demands.
- Weekend and evening work may occasionally be required.
What You'll Bring
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 2 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience operating service trucks is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 75-100 pounds.
- Stretch, bend, climb, and crawl as needed.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Drive for extended periods throughout the day.
- Comfortable working around portable sanitation equipment and waste.
