JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Senior Biomanufacturing Process Expert who is collaborative, innovative, and strategic to join our Biomanufacturing Project Team, based in the United States and supporting our future biologics manufacturing site in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. About the role UCB is investing in a new state-of-the-art biologics manufacturing facility in the United States to support our growing number of patients. As a Senior Biomanufacturing Process Expert, you will play a key role in shaping the design and future startup of this high-volume mammalian antibody manufacturing site. You will bring deep technical expertise to ensure manufacturing processes, facility design, and operational strategies align with UCB's biologics pipeline and long-term manufacturing goals. Who you'll work with You will work with a highly collaborative and multidisciplinary team spanning Manufacturing, Manufacturing Science and Technology, Development, Engineering, Industrialization, Quality, and project leadership. You will partner closely with engineering design firms, process engineers, and future site users to deliver a facility that supports UCB's future biologics portfolio and operational excellence. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000 - $195,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
