Description Leidos is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Program Development. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will lead the long-term strategy, design, evolution, and performance of Hawaii Energy's business programs and emerging initiatives. This role oversees the growth and expansion of Hawai'i Energy programs while supporting current programs to meet our goals and objectives defined by the Public Utilities Commission (PUC). Working closely with senior leadership, regulatory stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, the Senior Manager will oversee the development of innovative energy efficiency, demand flexibility that advance Hawaii's clean energy goals. The position will ensure that programs remain responsive to customer needs, regulatory priorities, and changing market conditions while driving organizational alignment and operational excellence. This leader will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into actionable program plans, guiding program managers and Energy Advisors, and serving as a key representative in communications with our contract manager, regulators and external stakeholders. While the role oversees business program reporting and performance management activities, responsibility for producing reports may reside within supporting teams.
