PATH seeks a Senior Technical Advisor to drive the coverage and quality of integrated services. This position will be part-time at 60% LOE and will report to the Global Program Director, PHC. The Senior Technical Advisor will offer leading expertise in integrated infectious disease testing, prevention and treatment service design, delivery, and implementation science. They will provide hands-on technical quality strengthening across a range of PHC projects, and lead the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), training packages, client-facing materials, implementation science research protocols, and other essential tools and materials. They will also participate in communicating the impact of integrated efforts through journal articles, abstracts, and blogs, and lead on focused business development. This position is based in the US (East Coast preferred), with occasional international travel required (up to 15-20% of time) to project implementation countries, partner meetings, and global health conferences. The role requires regular participation in virtual meetings across multiple time zones to coordinate with country partners and stakeholders in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. The position operates within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high expectations for quality, responsiveness, and strategic thinking. Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate coordination across global partnerships and urgent project needs. We offer our employees a competitive salary and generous benefits. For candidates based in the U.S., the annual salary range for this position is $105,600-$132,000 at 60% LOE (prorated from $176,000-$220,000 salary at 100% LOE). The final salary is based on a variety of objective factors.
