About the RoleAs an International Trade Compliance Analyst II, you will champion our comprehensive trade compliance program. You will empower internal teams to navigate complex export and import regulations while safeguarding cutting-edge technology releases. You will act as a strategic business partner, collaborating with cross-functional departments and government agencies to build critical relationships. About You

Your Key Impact

  • Guide Global Strategy: Navigate complex regulatory environments (ITAR, EAR, US Customs).
  • Enable Business Growth: Manage critical export and import authorizations and technology releases.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Act as a liaison between internal teams and government regulators.

We are committed to continuous professional growth. This position offers flexibility and can be classified as a Compliance Analyst II or III based on your unique experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant international trade control laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement, and manage the company's International Trade compliance programs.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation.
  • Provide support for compliance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support internal investigations and assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions based on audit findings.
  • Communicate compliance findings and recommendations effectively to relevant parties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).
  • Typically, 2+ years of related experience.
  • Able to effectively and clearly communicate complex regulatory requirements and solutions.
  • Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements for function such as ITAR, EAR, OFAC, FCPA, CBP.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting federal rules and regulations.
  • May require the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with compliance management software and tools.
  • Intermediate understanding of risk management principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to business operations.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance training programs.
  • Knowledge of internal audit processes and methodologies.
  • Proficient knowledge of ITAR & EAR concepts.
  • Experience with or understanding customs processes and compliance.
  • Experience with international trade compliance tools, such as Customs ACE.
  • Experience as an empowered official.
  • Experience conducting export control classifications and jurisdiction reviews.
Compensation:

Pay Range:

$76,163.00 - $104,744.75

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education,experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
