The Associate Director, Omnichannel Marketing &Mediawill play a critical leadership role in shaping omnichannel strategy and designing data-driven engagement solutions within Alzheimer's disease. This leader will define andoptimizeintegrated customer strategies across consumers, primary care physicians, and key support partners, ensuringprograms are insight-led, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.This role requires a strategic, analytically rigorous marketer with deep pharmaceutical experience and a strongtrack recordof translating insights into scalable, customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience leading/implementingstrategy across consumer, primary care, and rare disease environments, with the ability tooperateeffectively across complex stakeholder groups in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. #LI-MI1 Eisai Salary Transparency Language: The annual base salary range for the Associate Director, Omnichannel Marketing & Media - Alzheimer's Disease is from :$189,000-$248,000 Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan.Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
