Shift: The regular hours for this position are day shift.Job Description: FormFactor is seeking a skilled Commercial Counsel to join our Legal team. In this role, you will support the review, drafting, negotiation, and management of a broad range of commercial agreements that enable business operations across our global organization. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Engineering, and Operations to facilitate business transactions while helping the company effectively manage legal and commercial risk. As a trusted legal advisor, you will provide practical, business-oriented guidance on routine and moderately complex contracting matters and collaborate with senior legal team members on strategic, high-risk, or non-standard transactions. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial contracting experience with sound legal judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-paced technology and manufacturing environment. Pay may vary in other locations.
