What to Expect
Tesla is seeking an experienced, dynamic Commercial Energy & Charging Coordinator to join one of the world's most innovative companies. You will play a pivotal role on our Commercial Field Service Team, coordinating service activities across our growing commercial energy and charging networks. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational ability, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize work, ensure timely resolutions, and deliver outstanding client satisfaction. What You'll Do
- Utilize programs and dashboards to review, plan, and optimize work schedules for the assigned region
- Partner with Territory and Field Managers to align on priorities and drive effective execution
- Coordinate with the Regional team to ensure Field Service Technicians have the required parts, tools, and resources
- Manage site access with designated points of contact (internal stakeholders for pre-commissioned sites, customers for operating sites, and utilities as needed)
- Create and manage Purchase Orders; order/call off equipment rentals (forklifts, scissor lifts, generators, etc.); and coordinate external training (e.g., forklift certification, CPR)
- Monitor incoming work and new activities, then pivot quickly based on shifting priorities
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support team and business goals
What You'll Bring
- Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Proven problem-solver who is self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to thrive amid changing priorities
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational skills focused on efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness
- Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
