The SRA 1 position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative research at the intersection of artificial intelligence and healthcare. You will play a crucial role in developing large language models and deep learning techniques to extract insights from clinical data, with a focus on predictive modeling and TCR-antigen prediction. Your work will directly support the advancement of translational and precision medicine, collaborating closely with a dedicated team of investigators and researchers. Develop LLM applications for clinical data extraction and analysis, with a focus on predictive modeling. Design and implement deep learning models to enhance T-cell receptor (TCR)-antigen prediction. Prepare abstracts and compile code/documentation for research dissemination. Assist with laboratory activities and support the research team as needed. Collaborate with investigators to advance computational approaches in translational and precision medicine. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML for healthcare applications. Ensure data integrity and maintain high standards of research ethics and confidentiality. Contribute to the development of research protocols and experimental designs. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills. BA/BS in a related science and knowledge of, or experience with, the basic techniques or methods required by the position; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Willingness and ability to learn new methods and skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a research team Ability to demonstrate interpersonal communication skills Ability to demonstrate organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate work tasks with others, and meet multiple deadlines Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations Advanced computing skills BA/BS in a related science and knowledge of, or experience with, the basic techniques or methods required by the position; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
