The SRA 1 position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative research at the intersection of artificial intelligence and healthcare. You will play a crucial role in developing large language models and deep learning techniques to extract insights from clinical data, with a focus on predictive modeling and TCR-antigen prediction. Your work will directly support the advancement of translational and precision medicine, collaborating closely with a dedicated team of investigators and researchers.
  • Develop LLM applications for clinical data extraction and analysis, with a focus on predictive modeling.
  • Design and implement deep learning models to enhance T-cell receptor (TCR)-antigen prediction.
  • Prepare abstracts and compile code/documentation for research dissemination.
  • Assist with laboratory activities and support the research team as needed.
  • Collaborate with investigators to advance computational approaches in translational and precision medicine.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML for healthcare applications.
  • Ensure data integrity and maintain high standards of research ethics and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to the development of research protocols and experimental designs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills.
  • BA/BS in a related science and knowledge of, or experience with, the basic techniques or methods required by the position; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Ability to demonstrate interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to demonstrate organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate work tasks with others, and meet multiple deadlines
