Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for uncovering facts and supporting critical operations? This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by safeguarding the interests of a vital service provider. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in conducting preliminary investigations, managing vital information, and coordinating with external partners to ensure thorough and accurate resolution of matters. Your sharp analytical skills and dedication will directly contribute to the integrity and efficiency of our client's operations, protecting both the organization and its stakeholders.

What You'll Do



  • Run and submit search requests on assigned matters.
  • Request social media, background, and medical canvas searches through external vendors.
  • Conduct preliminary investigative work on newly received matters.
  • Assist with the processing of contractor insurance referrals related to claims matters.
  • Draft template-based correspondence to plaintiff attorneys on newly received matters.
  • Request Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) records and Notices of Claim.
  • Provide support with other duties and projects as assigned.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Excellent Organizational and Data Entry Skills
  • High Level Multi-tasking Ability
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Investigations and Investigative Support experience
  • Professional Correspondence Drafting capabilities
  • Strong background in customer service and investigations, preferably within the insurance, private investigation, or utility industries.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Search Processing experience
  • Social Media Investigations experience
  • Vendor Coordination and Management experience
  • Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) Records Requests experience
  • Claims Support and Referral Processing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field Preferred
