As a Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and market presence of this leading consumer brand. Your creative vision will directly influence how products are perceived, launched, and experienced by consumers, driving engagement and brand loyalty across diverse platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by developing visually stunning assets that support branding, marketing, product launches, retail initiatives, and digital presence, playing a key role in maintaining and evolving the brand's aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities



  • Design and develop creative assets that align with brand identity and marketing objectives, ensuring brand consistency across all digital, print, retail, and promotional materials.
  • Translate marketing strategies into engaging visual concepts and campaigns, collaborating closely with the Marketing team on creative direction for product launches and promotional initiatives.
  • Create engaging graphics, advertisements, email marketing assets, website graphics, banners, and promotional materials for various social media platforms including leading video, image, and text-based networks, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Design social media templates, story graphics, thumbnails, and digital campaign assets, while also supporting content creators with branded graphics and visual enhancements.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork for product packaging, labels, inserts, retail displays, signage, point-of-sale materials, trade show graphics, and printed marketing collateral.
  • Ensure artwork meets printer specifications and production requirements, coordinating with vendors and manufacturers to guarantee design accuracy and print quality.
  • Design branded merchandise including apparel, accessories, promotional items, event materials, and retail marketing assets, assisting with seasonal campaigns, limited-edition product launches, and event branding.
  • Create mockups and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations to develop creative solutions that support company initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and product launches, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, design files, templates, and brand resources, preparing editable production files for internal teams and external vendors, and maintaining version control.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital marketing, print production, and packaging design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of printing processes, packaging production, and digital asset preparation.
  • Exceptional typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to brand consistency.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience within the consumer brands, lifestyle, apparel, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
  • Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Canva.
