Digital Production Specialist (AEM)

This role will be implementing content in the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS. This role is for a person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. The talent will be responsible for working with managers and fellow teammates in selecting the appropriate template, components, and modules required to build and maintain website pages within AEM that align to brand guidelines. The Digital Specialist will create, modify, and delete content in the AEM authoring environment.

Requirements:

• Comfortable in complex data hierarchy structures and databases
• Experience building web pages in a CMS (WordPress, Sitecore, etc.)
• Work on a collaborative team with strong communication skills
• This role will require problem-solving and finding solutions to complex challenges

• Strong analytical, conceptual skills, and a flexible attitude in shifting environments
• Take advisement from leadership on best practices for web content implementation
• Collaborate with other Digital Specialists as appropriate to ensure consistent tone of voice and messaging for Client
• Team player attitude with strong appetite to grow in field
• Excel at communication (spoken and written) with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
• Enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively
• Attend routine meetings and relay progress, status, wins, and roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders
• Exceptionally strong attention to detail and team player attitude
• 1+ years Content Authoring in AEM is a plus (but not required)
