What You'll Do



  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of new product launches and strategic programs
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success to align priorities and drive cross-functional execution
  • Build and manage program roadmaps, timelines, risk assessments, status reporting, and communication plans
  • Identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and drive informed decision-making to keep initiatives on track
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Deliver executive-level updates on program status, milestones, challenges, and business impact
  • Champion program management best practices and help establish scalable processes across the organization



What We're Looking For



  • 6+ years of program or project management experience within a technology-driven environment
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams
  • Experience managing software product development through planning, development, testing, and launch
  • Strong understanding of program governance, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and build consensus across multiple teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment
