Short Description This position is responsible for overseeing the applications portfolio to ensure systems architecture, design, and strategy meets and supports business, functional, and technology requirements. Ensures ease of maintenance, application performance, and compatibility with new and existing systems. Identifies and documents all integration points across the applications portfolio for new and existing systems, including all third-party vendor systems. Provides technical direction and guidance to application teams when implementing new systems, defines limitations and requirements. Uses critical thinking in troubleshooting, researching, and solving technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements. Designs system architecture and strategy to meet business, functional, and technology requirements and develops techniques to improve system and optimize hardware utilization. Ensures the integration of all aspects of software solutions including upstream, downstream, and surround systems. Provides resolutions and recommendations to leadership or analysts regarding all systems and solutions that affect clinical, revenue cycle, and business systems. Analyzes and resolves complex issues escalated by analyst, leadership or key stakeholder providing technical knowledge and identifying solutions to update and/or create new policies that meet all necessary requirements. Collaborate various teams and stakeholders to build, test and maintain integration points across applications, implement and adhere to internal break/fix processes and change management policies. Gather requirements, provide fit gap analysis, and create effective technical solutions to support the needs of the business. Document limitations, risks, product/application deficiencies based on business requirements. Collaborate with business users to identify and document current state and future state workflows for a given application or solution. Experience Required 6 years minimum technical experience 7-10 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered for those candidates who have a proven track record in the field and handling responsibilities associated with the outlined job responsibilities/summary. Education Requirements High School Diploma Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology/Systems, Healthcare Preferred 7-10 years relevant clinical, certification, and/or technical experience will be considered in lieu of degree. License/Certification Requirements Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable. Special Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to effectively translate IT terminology and processes with key stakeholders. Hourly Rate Min $60
Hourly Rate Max $103
