Security Officer Full Time Mobile Driver

As a Security Full Time Mobile Driver in Sugar Land, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will patrol a residential community, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and community staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential streets, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
• Monitor access points and community areas, observe and report suspicious activity, and help maintain an orderly environment for residents and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
