As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and stakeholders while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, entry points, parking areas, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and site conditions; verify credentials and report access concerns in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; document observations and communicate with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced technology and communications environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
