WEC Business Services LLC, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking an Enterprise Applications Developer in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Green Bay, Wisconsin, or Chicago, Illinois location. This position currently offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote/on-site) with time regularly spent in the office. This position is part of a job family (Associate IT Applications Analyst, IT Applications Analyst, and Senior IT Applications Analyst) where experience will be the determining factor. This IT Applications Analyst will participate with the design, development, deployment, support, and maintenance of enterprise-level software solutions. The applicant will have an understanding of software development across multiple platforms. The applicant should possess a technical understanding of web applications, databases, cloud technologies, and systems integration. Job Responsibilities

End Date: 08/11/2026 Pay Range Minimum: $68,436.68 Pay Range Maximum: $135,761.08 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
