Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

• Previous material handling, warehouse, or inventory control experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Receive, verify, and inventory incoming materials from suppliers
• Stock production areas with materials based on manufacturing needs
• Perform visual checks of material levels and replenish inventory as needed
• Complete daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
• Organize and label warehouse and production materials
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
• Respond to material requests and Help Desk tickets
• Exchange recycling bins throughout the facility
• Support production teams to ensure efficient material flow and minimize downtime

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
