At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don't just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset - who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. WHO WE ARESnowflake delivers the AI Data Cloud, a global network where thousands of organizations mobilize data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. Inside the AI Data Cloud, organizations unite their siloed data, easily discover and securely share governed data, and execute diverse analytic workloads. Wherever data or users live, Snowflake delivers a single and seamless experience across multiple public clouds. Snowflake's platform is the engine that powers and provides access to the AI Data Cloud, creating a solution for data warehousing, data lakes, data engineering, data science, data application development, and data sharing. Join Snowflake customers, partners, and data providers already taking their businesses to new frontiers in the AI Data Cloud. snowflake.com You are the architect of Snowflake's most visible customer moments: flagship films, marquee keynote appearances, integrated paid campaigns, and web experiences that put our best customers on the world's biggest stages. At the same time, you are grounded in the fundamentals of customer marketing, sourcing the right customer voices, building durable advocacy, and turning technical outcomes into reference-ready narratives that create mutual value across the customer lifecycle. You see customer storytelling as a growth lever, not just a content exercise, a way to deepen trust with strategic accounts and act as a true partner to Sales. You thrive at the intersection of executive relationship management, campaign strategy, and creative ambition. You know how to find the right story, earn the trust of a Fortune 500 CDO, navigate complex brand and legal approvals, and orchestrate a cross-functional team from concept through launch. You are equally comfortable in a room with a customer's Head of Communications and in a working session with a creative agency, and you operate with a bias toward bold storytelling, a high tolerance for ambiguity, and a deep commitment to making the customer the hero. This role reports to the Director of Customer Marketing and partners closely with Brand, Creative, Social, PR, ABM, Executive Communications, and Web teams, as well as Snowflake's external agency partners.
The Snowflake Customer Marketing team is a small, tight-knit, dynamic group responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention, loyalty, and advocacy. This program represents the pinnacle of that work - putting Snowflake's most strategic customers at the center of our most iconic storytelling moments. We're looking for someone who wants to build something, not just manage it. If you want to shape the stories that define how the world sees the AI Data Cloud, we want to hear from you. Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company's data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential. Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake. How do you want to make your impact?
