OVERVIEW

The role has a specialized focus on Residential Real Estate and U.S. ABS Mortgage Warehouse Lending, supporting the integrity, movement, and reporting of collateral and loan documentation while ensuring effective risk management across the transaction lifecycle.

Working closely with Front Office, Operations, Technology, Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders, the analyst performs critical control functions related to collateral onboarding, mortgage asset uploads and reviews, borrowing base validation, advance rate determination, concentration limit monitoring, exposure management, and collateral movement activities. The analyst also supports new business initiatives and helps ensure full front-to-back operational readiness for transactions ranging from high-volume warehouse funding activity to complex structured financing arrangements.

In an environment characterized by regulatory change, evolving market dynamics, and increasing operational complexity, the analyst is expected to apply strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and innovative thinking to identify process improvements, strengthen controls, mitigate operational risk, and drive efficiencies that protect the bank and its shareholders while supporting continued business growth.
