Description and Requirements

Drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution by serving as the central coordination point between Business Management, GTM, and Operations leadership. This leader will sit in the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and transformation. The leader will ensure strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans, tracked through governance mechanisms, and delivered with measurable outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

1. Commercial Quarterly Plan (CQP) Leadership & Execution Management

  • Initiate and coordinate CQP activities across stakeholders.
  • Serve as the central point of integration between GTM, Operations, and Business Management teams.
  • Establish project plans, milestones, owners, and success metrics.
  • Track execution progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions.
  • Escalate critical issues and provide leadership visibility on execution status.

2. Business Management System (BMS) Facilitation

  • Coordinate BMS cadence, reviews, and governance processes.
  • Ensure alignment of strategic priorities, KPIs, and operating rhythms.
  • Drive follow-through on actions, decisions, and commitments from BMS forums.
  • Support continuous improvement of BMS processes and effectiveness.

3. Strategy and Operations: Strategic Initiative Creation & Management

  • Conducting timely, relevant business analytics (e.g., market share analysis, financial modeling)
  • Serve as a thought partner for the Executive Director and Vice President / GM ISG ESMG on operational and strategic opportunties
  • Identify new strategic initiatives based on market or customer trends
  • Translate leadership priorities into executable workstreams.
  • Partner with functional leaders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor strategic program health and drive accountability for results.
  • Support annual and quarterly business planning activities.

4. Lead Annual Strategic Plan for ISG ESMB

  • Lead annual strategic plan and budget development
  • Collaborate with Finance, Geo, and other Commercial Group teams to align targets
  • Create strategic focus areas for the upcoming year(s)
  • Size investment requirements and align with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
  • Creating Senior Executive (CEO, COO) presentations on strategy, financial and operational performance

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a bridge across GTM, Operations, Finance, and Segment teams.
  • Facilitate alignment on priorities, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Remove execution barriers and accelerate decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent communication across stakeholder groups.

6. ESMB Campaign Offer Development

  • Partner with GTM and Segment leadership to develop and operationalize ESMB campaigns aligned to growth priorities.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across functions to ensure consistent delivery and accountability.
  • Track campaign performance against STAMP objectives and key business outcomes.
  • Drive campaign governance, milestone management, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, scalability, and contribution to overall ESMB STAMP attainment.

7. Operational Excellence

  • Drive standardization of execution methodologies and governance practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accountability, and business outcomes.
  • Increase the ease of doing business for customers and external partners
  • Support process optimization efforts across the organization.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and execution discipline.

8. Change Management & Transformation Support

  • Support organizational transformation initiatives and strategic programs.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of key initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.

Basic Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy, operations, or strategy and operations.
  • MBA or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic planning experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and drive operational excellence.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
