Scope: We are seeking an Attorney with approximately 3 to 6 years of experience to join our in-house legal team in a role primarily focused on contracts and litigation management for a publicly traded corporation, as well as other legal matters. This position will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice with emphasis on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements, managing disputes and litigation, and advising internal stakeholders on legal and commercial risk. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and general corporate law is preferred, but not required. This is a hybrid position based in our Legal Headquarters in Creve Coeur (St. Louis), Missouri. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or otherwise compliant with applicable government restrictions.
