As our Sales Director, Enterprise - North America, you'll support HID's successby:

• Developing and executing enterprise sales strategies for North America.
• Building executive relationships with CIOs, CISOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Owning regional pipeline generation, forecasting and bookings performance.
• Leading account-based marketing initiatives with Marketing and Product teams.
• Utilizing Salesforce.com to maintain forecast accuracy and sales analytics.
• Representing HID during executive presentations, RFPs and strategic customer engagements.
• Collaborating with major platform providers like Microsoft, Okta, Ping Identity, Optiv, GuidePoint and other ecosystem partners.
• Driving adoption of HID authentication solutions across Fortune 500 organizations.
• Establishing HID thought leadership and competitive differentiation in enterprise cybersecurity.
• Developing scalable sales processes and outbound prospecting programs.
• Partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Professional Services and Channel teams.
• Mentoring internal stakeholders on enterprise sales strategy, account planning and executive engagement.
• Continuously evaluating market trends, competitive positioning and customer requirements to influence go-to-market strategy.

YourExperienceand Background include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity, identity or related technologies.
  Demonstrated success selling into Fortune 500 enterprises in North America.
• Experience engaging C-level executives and navigating complex buying organizations.
• Proven pipeline development, forecasting and revenue management skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Advanced Salesforce.com proficiency.
• AI skills, use of HID supported AI tech for productivity and analysis.
• Proven success selling authentication, IAM/FIDO or identity security solutions into the F500 is preferred.
• Have been in a sales leadership position with both start up and global companies is preferred.
• Experience working within highly matrixed global organizations in building business cases, ROI models based on consultative sales discovery methods is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulated industries including financial services, healthcare and critical infrastructure is preferred.
• Well versed in AI tools for productivity, communications, analysis, etc is preferred.

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. At HID, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.

The base salary in the United States is $135,000 to $150,000. The OTE is up to $300,000.
